Death by Force

On May 5, 2009, Barbara Hill, a 46-year-old resident of Birmingham, Alabama, was found deceased from gunshot wounds at her home on the 400 block of West Smithfield Terrace. The incident was reported as a domestic assault. Her husband, Larry Hill, was also found dead at the scene from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. The case was classified as a murder-suicide.
