Ryan Thomas Glenn, a 25-year-old man from Birmingham, Alabama, was fatally shot on November 16, 2009, in what authorities quickly determined to be a homicide. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, and Glenn was discovered in a parking lot near the 300 block of 12th Avenue North, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
