Kenneth Junior Cottrell, a 58-year-old resident of Boothsville, West Virginia, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, April 8, 2019. Born in Fairmont on September 15, 1960, Kenneth was the son of Berlen Cottrell and his wife Sharon of Carolina, and the late Rose Mary VanKirk Cottrell.
