Death by Force

On May 1, 2013, Michael Timmons, a 41-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. At the time of his death, he was employed as a chef at Emerald Mountain and was known by the nickname “JollyBoi.” He was remembered by family and friends as humble and deeply loved. His funeral services were held on May 11, 2013, at Westside Baptist Church, with interment following at Brassell Cemetery.
