In the quiet community of Alexander City, Alabama, a dispute between neighbors culminated in the death of 75-year-old Donald Jenkins. On a Wednesday afternoon in April, Jenkins was on his riding lawnmower cutting his grass when he was fatally shot once. His neighbor, 51-year-old Franklin Nathan Price Jr., who lived across the highway, was later arrested and charged with his murder.
