Davion NeRay Clines, 22, was a Black/African American male from Dallas whose Saturday turned fatal on May 24, 2025. Just before evening settled over Elmwood in central Oak Cliff, officers were called to an alley off the 1900 block of Berkley Avenue. They found Davion NeRay Clines, 22, male, unconscious with a gunshot wound; Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.
