On March 1, 2014, 34-year-old Harold Eugene Davis was fatally shot in the 900 block of Erie Street in Birmingham's Wylam neighborhood. Another man sustained injuries during the incident. Witnesses reported that Demarques King and Henry "Ra Ra" Toles fled the scene in a burgundy Toyota Camry with a white door.

Upon investigation, authorities determined that Toles had acted in self-defense, leading to no charges being filed against him. Tragically, Toles himself was shot to death in 2015. ...Read More
