In the quiet overnight hours of January 15, 2026, a call to 911 about a suspicious person behind a Pilot Truck Stop in Fort Pierce, Florida, unraveled a grim story. When St. Lucie County Sheriff's deputies arrived at the scene on South Rock Road, they found 41-year-old Olson Jean beside a semi-truck that had seemingly veered off the road into a ditch while attempting a sudden U-turn.
A closer look at the vehicle revealed a chilling scene: blood was visible inside the cab near the passenger-side door and on the truck's exterior.
The unsettling discovery led to the immediate arrest of Jean, the semi-truck's owner and operator, initially on a charge of resisting an officer without violence.
