Olange Fenelias, a 79-year-old man from Fort Pierce, Florida, tragically lost his life on May 4, 2025, after being struck by a stray bullet. The incident occurred around 4:06 p.m. in the area of North 23rd Street and Avenue D. Authorities responded to the scene and found Fenelias with a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the location. Investigators believe that Fenelias was not the intended target of the shooting, as shell casings were discovered at a significant distance from where ...
