In the early hours of an autumn Sunday in Birmingham, Alabama, the life of 26-year-old Cornelius Quinterryo Kennedy was tragically cut short. On October 16, 2022, Kennedy became a victim of gun violence in what authorities have described as a double homicide. The incident also claimed the life of 43-year-old Carlos Antonio Stewart.
