Joshua Johnston Hayes, a 27-year-old male, tragically lost his life on the evening of Tuesday, April 2, 2024, in a residence in Birmingham, Alabama. The incident, which unfolded in the 100 block of Spruell Avenue in the Inglenook neighborhood, was the result of a domestic dispute that escalated to fatal violence. Hayes was found by Birmingham police officers suffering from a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.
