On the evening of August 28, 2022, at approximately 8:45 PM, Birmingham Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 Block of 3rd Avenue Southwest. Upon arrival, they discovered two adult males lying unresponsive in an apartment complex parking lot, both suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
