In the summer of 2014, a quiet street in Athens, Alabama, became the scene of a heart-wrenching family tragedy. On July 2nd, 39-year-old Robin Shen Hu, a male, was found deceased in his home alongside his 73-year-old mother, May Chao Mei Hu. The circumstances of their deaths pointed not to a violent intrusion by an outsider, but to a sorrowful pact born of despair.
