Death by Force

On August 17, 2014, 47-year-old Vincent Lamarr Giddens was fatally shot on the 7400 block of Belgium Avenue near Brooklyn Street in the Edgewater community of Birmingham, Alabama. The incident occurred during an argument over a debt owed by Antonio Dewayne McIntosh to Giddens. During the confrontation, McIntosh admitted to shooting Giddens. He was subsequently arrested and charged with murder.
