Raul Cardenas, a 36-year-old man from Hoover, Alabama, was fatally shot on September 23, 2014, in a violent incident that stunned both his family and the local community. Cardenas was found at a residence in the 100 block of Chace Lake Parkway, a residential area in Hoover, after reports of gunfire.
