In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Fifteen-year-old Ryan T. Harris was shot and killed on March 16, 2008, in the 3100 block of Apple Road, NE. The incident occurred sometime between midnight and 2:07 a.m., leaving a community to grapple with the sudden and violent loss of a teenage boy.
