On November 11, 2016, Rassaan Jennings, a 19-year-old male, was shot and killed in a double homicide incident in Washington, D.C. The shooting took place in the 3000 block of Stanton Road SE, at approximately 1:27 a.m. Members of the Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District heard gunshots and quickly responded to the scene.
