On March 10, 2015, a tragic event unfolded in the Ensley neighborhood of Birmingham, Alabama, ending the life of 25-year-old Jarvis Kawanz Bell, a Black / African American male. Bell was discovered inside a Chevrolet Impala, having been fatally shot. The vehicle was located on the 2700 block of Burrell Street, near Slayden Avenue.
