Kelvin Lowe, 19, was tragically killed on November 20, 2014, in Birmingham, Alabama, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. Lowe was found shot to death in the early evening hours in the 800 block of 23rd Street in the Ensley area. Emergency responders arrived at the scene following reports of gunfire and found Lowe with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite attempts to revive him, he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
