In the late summer of 2019, the life of 46-year-old Eduardo Diaz Vasquez was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama. On the evening of Monday, September 2, 2019, gunshots echoed through the 800 block of 3rd Avenue West, a sound that would ultimately signify the end of Vasquez's life. He was found having been fatally shot.
