Ryan DeAngelis was a 25-year-old White man from Silverhill, Alabama. Late on June 27, 2015, the quiet backroads around McPhillips Road were pierced by gunfire, and by the time law enforcement arrived, he was dead—found at a residence off that stretch after the shooting.
