Keith Kiel, an 18-year-old man from Mobile, Alabama, was fatally shot on December 21, 2019, in what authorities later confirmed was a homicide. Kiel was found at a residence in the 1000 block of St. Stephens Road, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Mobile police responded to a report of gunfire just after midnight and discovered the victim lying outside a home. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Kiel was pronounced dead at the scene.
