A 23-year-old man, Devon Lamar Green, known to many as 'Savy G,' was a budding rapper from Ewing Township, New Jersey, with a promising future ahead of him. A graduate of Ewing High School, he had co-founded the rap group 'Habitat for Life Crew,' which had performed at various venues and had even opened for the renowned rap artist Jadakiss. His life, however, was violently cut short in what started as a robbery.
