Kandi Murphy Crocker, a 30-year-old woman from Bibb County, Alabama, was found dead on July 21, 2015, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. Her body was discovered at a residence on Highway 219, located in the rural area of Bibb County, after law enforcement responded to a report of an unresponsive individual. Crocker had suffered fatal injuries, and it was soon confirmed that her death was the result of foul play.
