In the quiet town of Moundville, Alabama, a tragic event unfolded on May 6, 2022, ending the life of 47-year-old Kisha Deon Johnson. Authorities were called to a residence on County Road 46 late that Friday evening, where they discovered the bodies of Kisha and her husband, 52-year-old Donald Wayne Johnson, in the driveway. A gun was found near the bodies, leading investigators to believe it was a murder-suicide.
It is believed that Donald Johnson shot and killed his wife before turning
the gun on himself. While a family member was present inside the home at the time of the incident, they did not witness the shooting. Reports indicated that the couple had been experiencing marital issues, although there was no history of police being called to their home for domestic disputes.
