On October 18, 2015, at approximately 6:25 a.m., Mobile Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 400 block of Kennedy Street in Mobile, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 40-year-old Antonio Rowe seated inside a vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency medical personnel transported Rowe to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
