Tyrone Rashane Staton, a 33-year-old Black man from Birmingham, Alabama, was killed on November 23, 2015, in a shooting that unfolded inside a moving car on Birmingham’s west side. Public reports place the attack on the 200 block of 8th Avenue West, where Staton was riding when another passenger opened fire.
