In the early hours of New Year's Day 2016, the life of 32-year-old Tiffany Nolen was tragically cut short in Birmingham, Alabama, marking the city's first homicide of the year. A mother, daughter, and sister, Ms. Nolen was a female whose absence would be deeply felt by her loved ones.
The incident occurred around 2 a.m. in the 1700 block of 29th Street Ensley. Responding to a report of a person shot, police and fire medics arrived to find Ms.
