On January 9, 2016, Auburn Police responded to reports of gunfire in the 400 block of Webster Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered 18-year-old Marquorious Rowell unresponsive inside a residence, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. Paramedics provided immediate medical assistance, but Rowell succumbed to his injuries.
