Death by Force

On February 3, 2017, the Lowndes County Sheriff's Office received a report of gunfire near the Mosses Public Housing area at 9:28 p.m. Upon arrival at 9:38 p.m., deputies discovered a vehicle parked on Williams Drive with two occupants inside. The victims, identified as 26-year-old Frank James Hill and 36-year-old Antoni Markee Means, had been fatally shot while inside the vehicle. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
