Julian Jason Villa, an 18-year-old from North Highlands, California, tragically lost his life on March 21, 2021. Villa, who was also known by his stage name Hotboy Juju, was a promising young rapper and a graduate of Highlands High School. On that fateful day, he was the passenger in a truck near the intersection of Watt Avenue and A Street when he was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting.
