On October 8, 2022, Antonio Manning, a 60-year-old resident of North Highlands, California, was found dead in his home on Whitecliff Way. Deputies from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office responded to a disturbance call at approximately 9:49 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Manning with at least one gunshot wound.
