Ortiz P. Samuel Jr., a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2022, in Ocala, Florida. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Super 8 motel on W. Silver Springs Blvd. According to reports, Ortiz was the front seat passenger in a car with three other individuals when a fight broke out inside the vehicle.
