Latoya Reaves, a 36-year-old resident of Silver Springs, Florida, tragically lost her life following a shooting incident on January 31, 2022. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. in the 3400 block of NW 16th Avenue in Ocala. Reaves and a 43-year-old man were both shot and subsequently transported to Ocala Regional Medical Center for treatment. While the man was treated and released, Reaves succumbed to her injuries the following day, February 1, 2022.
