Bryan Sotelo, a 19-year-old resident of North Highlands, California, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2021. The incident occurred near the intersection of Madison Avenue and Harrison Street, where Sotelo was found dead in a car riddled with bullet holes. Emergency personnel declared him dead at the scene.
