On May 29, 2017, 32-year-old Jennifer Abrams was fatally shot in her home on Loblolly Trace in Alpine, Alabama. Her husband, Everrett Bernard Abrams Jr., was present during the incident. Jennifer was transported to Coosa Valley Medical Center in Sylacauga and later transferred to UAB Hospital, where she was pronounced dead on May 30 after being removed from life support.
