On December 3, 2020, 55-year-old Monica Long Gratton was found severely injured at her residence on the 900 block of Pratt Highway in Birmingham, Alabama. She was transported to Princeton Baptist Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead at 11:44 p.m. The Jefferson County Coroner's Office determined the cause of death to be blunt force trauma.
