In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Washington, D.C., the life of Anthony Reginald Ford, Jr., a male, was tragically cut short. On July 7, 2009, at approximately 1:03 a.m., Ford was standing on a sidewalk in the unit block of 58th Street, SE, in the company of several other people.
