Judith Dawson, a 55-year-old woman from Valley, Alabama, was found dead on September 27, 2017, in what authorities later determined to be a homicide. Dawson's body was discovered in her home after concerned friends and family members were unable to reach her. When law enforcement arrived at the scene, they found signs of foul play. The investigation quickly revealed that Dawson had suffered multiple injuries, and her death was ruled a homicide.
