On October 25, 2017, Ja'von Banks, 22, of Greenville, Alabama, was found fatally shot alongside Ladarious Lymon, also 22, in a vehicle on Airport Road near Lighthouse Pentecostal Church. Both men had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, and their deaths were ruled homicides.
