On a late Sunday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 19-year-old Algan D. Howard was tragically cut short. The African-American male was shot and killed on September 20, 2009, at approximately 10:58 p.m. in front of a residence at 3098 Stanton Road, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department's Homicide Branch is actively investigating the case, which remains unsolved.
