In the cool of a November evening in Birmingham, Alabama, a life was tragically cut short, leaving a family to grapple with a sudden and violent loss. Larry Sanders, a 56-year-old man, was killed by gunfire on November 13, 2017. Remembered as an outgoing and inspirational individual, Sanders was a long-haul truck driver who had attended Glenn High School, graduating with the class of '79. He was part of a large family, being one of eleven children, and was also a twin.
