On January 6, 2018, in Montgomery, Alabama, 26-year-old Ojay Baker and 19-year-old Deontae Edwards were fatally shot. The incident occurred during a robbery attempt involving the two victims and 18-year-old Kevonta Brown. According to police reports, the three individuals were engaged in a robbery when the situation escalated, leading to the deaths of Baker and Edwards.
