In the early hours of July 7, 2023, at approximately 4 a.m., Montgomery Police Department officers and Fire Medics responded to a shooting incident in the 4900 block of Plaza Drive, located off Troy Highway in Montgomery, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 46-year-old Celso Martinez Rosales suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was promptly transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
