On January 7, 2018, 48-year-old Kevin L. Winston was fatally shot in Gadsden, Alabama. The incident occurred around 4:00 PM in the 2800 block of Shahan Avenue, where officers responding to reports of gunfire discovered Winston deceased in a vehicle.
The shooting stemmed from an argument between Winston and another individual. Albert Peter "Lucky" Gargone was arrested in connection with the homicide. He was later convicted of capital murder and agreed to waive his right to appeal in exc ...Read More
