In the fall of 2009, a quiet residential street in Washington, D.C. became the scene of a tragedy that left a community searching for answers. On the evening of November 11th, 37-year-old Babacar Mbaye Ndiaye, a male, was on the 1200 block of 44th Street, NE when gunfire erupted.
