Deraje Witt, a 28-year-old resident of Augusta, Georgia, was found dead on July 29, 2023. His death is part of an investigation into an apparent murder-suicide involving him and his girlfriend, Ceasia Martin, 23. Witt's body was discovered inside an apartment on Walden Drive, while Martin was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound in a vehicle on Windsor Spring Road in Diamond Lakes Park.
