On March 30, 2018, 38-year-old Coreen Antonio Murphy was fatally shot inside the One Stop Food Mart located at 6550 Zeigler Boulevard in Mobile, Alabama. The incident occurred around 8 p.m. during a confrontation between Murphy and his cousin, 40-year-old Michael Bonner. Surveillance footage captured the altercation, culminating in Bonner shooting Murphy.
