On the evening of April 17, 2018, the life of 23-year-old Xavier J. Fair was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire at the Stonegate Apartments in Phenix City, Alabama. A young male, Fair was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by the local coroner.
