On May 28, 2018, 23-year-old Nicholas DeVonta "Mail Man" Lewis was fatally shot in Montgomery, Alabama. The following day, authorities arrested 31-year-old Tommie McCall, charging him with one count of murder and one count of capital murder for the deaths of Nicholas Lewis and 25-year-old Shanika King.
